Sean Dunne
is a native of Dublin but living in Leitrim since 2008. Sean initially supplied services to the manufacturing industry to clients like Gateaux and Nokia Paper Products for many years in the area of stock loss and cost control, which incorporated measurement of Raw Materials against Production Levels through to Warehouse stock and the measurement and control of Distribution and returns.
Having studied Criminal Law, Employment Law and Total Loss Control he was successful in the significant reduction of loss by the introduction of new means of measurement techniques where required, criminal prosecution of those involved in external and internal theft which also involved dismissal and the associated Industrial Relations difficulties with direct employees.

 He spent some years in London moving into the construction industry and implemented similar controls into the sector to control and minimise loss in an industry with few, if any, controls.

 Sean remained in the Construction Industry in Ireland working for a number of large construction firms and became Group Operations Manager of a leading Irish multi-national Construction Company and sat on the specialist Construction Industry Federation ( CIF ) IR Committee which advised and formulated policy on such things as National level negotiations and implementation of EU Legislation.

 In 2008 he moved in to private practice and represents numerous clients at various levels.

Sean is a qualified Mediator and Member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland (M.I.I.).

 

Stephen Sands, FCIPD , holds a BA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has held positions of Employee Relations and Change Manager and then Head of Equality Diversity and Inclusion in the Dublin Airport Authority and as an Executive in the Industrial Relations, Employment and Manpower Service in the Construction Industry Federation (CIF). 

Stephen is also a Part-time Lecturer, University of Dublin, Trinity College (2005 to present) - Deliver lectures in Employment Law and Industrial Relations (Higher Diploma Project Management) and an Associate Faculty Member (Part-time), National College of Ireland.

An experienced HR Practitioner with over twenty years’ experience across a variety of industries, who possesses an excellent working knowledge of Irish employment and industrial relations legislation. Stephen is a result orientated individual who strives for favourable organisational outcomes and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

Stephen has excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to influence policy and significant outcomes that require highly developed communication, planning and team building skills.
