Sean Dunne is a native of Dublin but living in Leitrim since 2008. Sean worked initially in the manufacturing industry to clients like Gateaux and Nokia Paper Products for many years in the area of stock loss and cost control, which incorporated measurement of Raw Materials against Production Levels through to Warehouse stock and the measurement and control of Distribution and returns.
Having studied Criminal Law, Employment Law and Total Loss Control he was successful in the significant reduction of loss by the introduction of new means of measurement techniques where required, criminal prosecution of those involved in external and internal theft which also involved dismissal and the associated Industrial Relations difficulties with direct employees.
He spent some years in London moving into the construction industry and implemented similar controls into the sector to control and minimise massive loss in an industry with few, if any, controls.
Sean remained in the Construction Industry in Ireland working for a number of large construction firms and became Group Operations Manager of a leading Irish multi-national Construction Company and sat on the specialist Construction Industry Federation ( CIF ) IR Committee which advised and formulated policy on such things as National level negotiations and implementation of EU Legislation.
In 2008 he moved in to private practice and represents numerous clients at various levels.
Eddie Keenan holds a M.A. degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. He is originally from Castleblayney in county Monaghan and now lives in Dublin. He has held the positions of director of Industrial Relations & Manpower Services in the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and senior executive of Industrial relations with CIF, TEAM Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus. He was also Cargo Operations Manager with Aer Lingus.
Eddie was responsible for industrial relations and human resources in the construction industry through the CIF and headed the CIF negotiation team in social Partnership talks with the Government, ICTU and IBEC.
He represented employers at the Labour Court, LRC, Rights commission Services, Employment Appeals Tribunal and Equality Authority. He led negotiations with the Trade Unions at Industrial council in the construction Industry. He successfully negotiated pay reductions with the trade unions in the construction industry for the first time ever. He was the employers representative on the National council for Partnership and performance and was a member of the Advisory Board of the National Employment rights Authority.
Eddie developed and implemented human resource policy and procedures in construction companies.
